The Destination Title Team

Destini has provided commercial and residential real estate closing services throughout Florida since 2000. She started in government closings, then moved into commercial real estate closings and community development for a large law firm in Orlando. In 2006, Destini obtained her degree in Paralegal Studies – Transactional Law, and in 2007, she became a Florida Registered Paralegal, focusing on luxury properties and custom residential construction. Finally, in 2016, she partnered with JJ Johnson to create a title company to provide exceptional and timely service from the signing of the contract to closing the deal.

Using her vast experience and education, Destini has confidently crafted strategies and processes to navigate the unpredictable and works closely with her clients to understand their priorities. Destini nurtures long-lasting client relationships with compassion, respect, trustworthiness, and integrity. She has worked with a diverse group of individuals, realtors, lenders, builders, and land developers over the years and knows that each requires different levels of attention and service. While she can handle everyday real estate transactions, Destini specializes in sophisticated transactions and is experienced in the complexity involved.

Destini is a lifelong Central Florida resident residing in the Bear Lake area. She volunteers as the Vice President of the Bear Lake Clubhouse, where they help protect and conserve Bear Lake. She enjoys quality time with family and friends and loves traveling and exploring the islands of the Caribbean.

JJ is a seasoned real estate attorney and a founding principal of Destination Title. Before launching the firm, JJ was a partner at Am Law 100, the largest law firm in the State of Florida, where he gained extensive experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions.

Focusing on facilitating smooth, successful closings while protecting his client’s interests, JJ brings both legal insight and practical problem-solving to every deal. His deep understanding of the real estate landscape, combined with his commitment to client service, ensures that each transaction is handled with precision and care.

A lifelong Orlando resident, JJ lives in College Park with his two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, boating, hiking, and camping, and he’s a devoted fan of Florida State football.

Vincent joined Destination Title as its Business Development Officer in 2021, which brings him a wealth of legal, real estate, and title industry experience. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1993 and remains a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. He practiced full-time in public and private practices for over 10 years, focusing on real estate, governmental, and transactional matters. Since then, he has maintained a limited practice for past clients and served as Chief Legal Counsel for a private financial technology company.

In 2006, Vincent co-founded Midtown Title and operated a successful title company as its Managing Principal through 2020. He also holds a licensed Realtor® designation. Vincent lives in Winter Park and has made Central Florida his home since 1975. He remains committed to his clients and community, serving on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Winter Park/Maitland, Inc. since 2005. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the Winter Park YMCA.

A native Floridian, Cameron is known for making the legal process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether handling real estate transactions, estate planning, or business matters, he takes a compassionate, detail-oriented approach—always focused on the bigger picture.

With a business degree from the University of North Florida and a law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law, he brings legal expertise and practical insight to every case. Clients value his clear communication, availability, and understanding of complex issues. He’s committed to crafting solutions that address the full scope of each client’s needs.

When he’s not working, he enjoys golfing, cooking, the beach, and traveling with his wife, Teresa, and their daughters, Hannah and Peyton. Their dog, Macie, is usually along for the ride, too.

Savanna is an experienced Commercial and Residential Closer with a strong real estate law and title services background. She began her career as a Residential Closing Assistant and has grown into her current role through years of hands-on experience and dedication to client satisfaction. A University of Central Florida graduate, Savanna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies in 2018.

Before graduating, she completed a summer internship at an Orlando-based real estate law firm, which led her to join Destination Title in 2018. Known for her efficiency and attention to detail, Savanna prides herself on delivering seamless, high-quality service throughout every closing.

In addition to her role at Destination Title, Savanna performs mobile closings, expanding her expertise in closing procedures and documentation. A lifelong Central Florida resident, she currently resides in Lake Mary with her longtime boyfriend. Outside work, she enjoys the beach, crocheting, and reading and is an avid movie and TV enthusiast.
